• Minimum 20 years of experience in BFSI / Shared Services / allied regulated sectors

• Strong senior leadership background

• Preferably 10 years in leadership roles within Shared Services Centres (SSC) of Financial Services institutions

• At least 3 years as COO in a large BFSI organization is desirable
